Vibha Tilwalli-Sharma

CEO

Vibha Tilwalli-Sharma is the Chief Executive Officer of Prayogtvisha. A Chartered Accountant and CFA Charterholder, she brings over fifteen years of experience across investing, finance, and institution building in both global and mission-driven organisations. Her work has included building and managing investment portfolios, structuring blended-finance solutions, raising institutional capital, and working with entrepreneurs and development institutions to build and finance organisations that address complex challenges in sectors such as climate, healthcare, and livelihoods.

Vibha also spent time teaching at The Valley School (Krishnamurti Foundation of India), Bangalore, where she worked with senior secondary students using case-based and project-led learning. This experience gave her a close view of how children learn and what strong teaching requires. 

At Prayogtvisha, Vibha is working to ensure that every child, regardless of background, receives the kind of education that builds real understanding and confidence in core subjects. The organisation focuses on strengthening math and science learning, developing critical thinking and logical reasoning, and building strong conceptual foundations so that children can pursue the careers of tomorrow and make meaningful choices about their future.

Dr. N Karthikeyan

Head of Academics

Dr. N. Karthikeyan is a visionary academic leader with over 26 years of experience at the intersection of classical education and modern technology. He holds a PhD in Physics (Thin Films & Nano Technology) from CECRI, Karaikudi; a BS from IIT Madras; and an MS in Machine Learning & AI from Liverpool John Moores University, bringing rare dual expertise in science and technology-driven pedagogy.

An expert in curriculum development, Dr. Karthikeyan has designed and implemented innovative frameworks across IGCSE, IB, CBSE, and ICSE/ISC boards, emphasizing experiential and concept-based learning. He has pioneered STE(A)M labs, integrated curricula from Carnegie Mellon and Tufts University, and introduced methods like NLP and project-based learning to enhance engagement.

A recipient of multiple awards including Principal Par Excellence (2022) and Best EdTech Savvy & Future Ready School, Dr. Karthikeyan is recognized for leveraging robotics, AI, and tech-enabled assessments to transform STEM education.

Bella Jose K

Academic Specialist - Mathematics

Bella Jose K is a seasoned Mathematics educator and school administrator with nearly three decades of experience, based in Parappanangadi, Kerala. She holds an MSc in Mathematics from Annamalai University, a BEd (3rd rank), and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Calicut.

She has been a state-level trainer and mentor for several government-led initiatives, including the Adolescent Education Programme (AEP) under Samagra Shiksha Kerala, the Our Responsibility to Children (ORC) initiative by the Department of Women and Child Development, and the Butterfly Literacy Programme by the Kerala State Literacy Mission Authority.

As a teacher for 30 years and later Headmistress at Sooppikutty Naha Memorial Higher Secondary School, Bella spearheaded programs that enhanced both academic performance and student well-being. Under her leadership, the school achieved its first-ever 100% pass rate in the board exams. Her compassionate, student-centered approach, especially toward differently-abled learners, sets her apart as an inspiring educator.

Academic Specialist - Chemistry

Lija Antony is a dedicated educator with over two decades of experience in sciences, academic administration, and teacher development across CBSE and ICSE curricula. She holds an MSc in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and a BEd from Bangalore University, where she graduated as a top ranker with seven gold medals. She has also earned a Certificate in Lay Counselling from NIMHANS, enabling her to provide essential community-level mental health support.

Lija has taught Chemistry at the senior secondary level, mentored educators, and led curriculum design based on Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy. As an Academic Coordinator, she has overseen large-scale academic operations, including scheduling, evaluations, and institutional expansion into higher secondary education. Her career also spans competitive exam coaching, college lecturing, and early experience in pharmaceutical quality control.

Passionate about inclusive learning, Lija combines instructional leadership with social responsibility, actively volunteering at Jyothi Seva Home for the Blind since 2023.

Dr Hari Krishna

Assessment Specialist

Hari Krishna is an Assessment Specialist with a background in chemistry, teaching, and assessment design. He holds a PhD in Computational Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, and has worked across school education, curriculum development, and STEM teaching for over a decade. His teaching experience includes IGCSE, Cambridge, IB, AP, CBSE, IIT-JEE, and NEET. 

His work focuses on how assessment can support a deeper understanding of student learning. He is interested in designing questions and assessment structures that help identify conceptual understanding, missing prerequisite knowledge, and common misconceptions. In recent years, he has been developing AI-supported assessment frameworks that combine cognitive science, misconception modelling, and structured item design. 

He has also worked with teachers on formative assessment and misconception identification, with a focus on using classroom evidence to inform teaching decisions. His current interests include the careful use of AI in education to improve assessment quality and support meaningful learning. 

At Prayogtvisha, he works on strengthening assessment approaches in Science and Mathematics as part of a broader effort to improve student engagement and learning.
